Laffline Comedy Bar

We recently went to Laffline Comedy Bar to watch stand up comediennes perform. We had no idea who will be performing for the night. It will spoil the element of surprise if we do, don't you think? The venue was not that crowded at that time, it was around 10PM when we arrived. It was Sunday then. The place became crowded though as time gets deeper =) Then there it goes, after we settle for the best area inside (well we thought that sitting in front of the stage would be the best position to see them all much closer, I think we were wrong! Get the picture? Sitting in front would give them more chance to make fun of us!), ordered our drinks and finger foods then all set up to enjoy the show =) Reminisce =) Inday Garutay is as funny as ever =)  Tekla for me is the funniest during that night =) really makes me laugh out loud =) Tekla with Iya =) I think this is the part where some foreigner gave them Php500.00 =) Tekla and Iya singing Celine Dion's All of

Love for Country... Remembering EDSA People Power Revolution

February 25, 1986... I can't remember much when our people decided to oust former President Ferdinand E. Marcos. Almost all went to the streets and share a single voice, a common cry, 'no more dictatorship, no more martial law'! While the most popular shout out the people had were ' tama na, sobra na, palitan na ' (that's enough, it's too much, let's change it)! It's chaos really, I was a child then, not even cared what's the people are crying for! I tried to look back 25 years ago, and found myself confused what's really going on back then! How important it is to our parents, teachers and relatives. How important it is to the Filipino people! I tried to research the popular People Power Revolution and here's what I found out! It's not much, but enough to tickle your curiosity... Former President Ferdinand E. Marcos held the presidency chair for more than 20 years! Form 1965 - 1986! Wow, 20 years, didn't realize that's

Love Online

I remember when I was 7, though I'm not familiar with having crushes, I admire almost all of my school mates. I'm shy to admit though, especially those who I talked to on a daily basis. I tried to write them letters, I even remember myself vandalizing the comfort rooms to express my hidden feelings! Sad to say, I didn't have enough courage to even look them in the eye, it's a sad, regrettable and humiliating story really! Good for you, this post is not about that =) As time goes by, the ways on how to express our feelings goes with the advancement of technology. I remember my classmates all having pagers always carried on their pockets. Messages came like selling pancakes! We amuse ourselves calling almost all radio stations just to send one, then laugh ourselves out loud when we receive our own! (Pretending that we didn't sent it ourselves) Then came the cellphone era! At first, we consider those as luxury gadget as prices are not that budget friendly! Really,

Day 4, the supposedly last day of our stay at Baguio City! So before we condition ourselves to go home for tomorrow, we have to visit Good Shepperd, Mines View and the Botanical Garden. We might not cover all the beautiful places here at Baguio City, but we have to enjoy what we can. So for our last day, please accompany us as we visit these places... Enjoy =) What else can I say, welcome to The Good Shepherd =) Found ourselves at the corner of Good Shepherd Convent and the not-so-readable-street-sign =) Good thing we didn't brought the horses =) I didn't get the name whose patron is this, well maybe next time i'll tell you =) 'nuff said right! But can't help myself to pick one! Just kiddin', i content myself just taking pictures =) You can't see this at Good Shepherd's, not at Mine's View either, this was just standing on the road on the way to the Convent =) Can't help myself, thought it was funny an Igorota tex
