Fruits Should Not be Eaten the Way We Normally Do

I have read an article one afternoon and in some ways, I do find it a bit boring to read. Though as I read more, -there's nothing else to do during that time so I think it doesn't hurt to continue on, I could say that it's not that bad after all. I'm not that health conscious like most of us - I treat my body like an amusement park after all, yet, these information just keeps on haunting me. Maybe, this might be the right time to make some changes with what I do on a regular basis, I must admit, old habits do really die hard! ;-) So let's get to it shall we?
