In the Philippines, Yamaha offered two main variants:

Standard – SRP starting at ₱125,900.

SP (Sport Premium) – SRP at ₱163,900.

These price points position the Aerox as a premium automatic scooter offering strong value for its advanced features and sporty positioning.

Engine & Performance

Underneath its sporty sheet-metal, the Aerox 2025 retains a familiar foundation: a 155 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with 4 valves and SOHC design.

The specs for the Standard/General version include:

Maximum power: about 15.15 hp at 8,000 rpm.

Maximum torque: about 14.2 Nm at 6,500 rpm.

Fuel system: Fuel injection.

Fuel tank: 5.5 litres.

What makes the SP variant stand out is Yamaha’s new Y-ECVT transmission (Yamaha Electric CVT) which introduces greater riding flexibility (including ride modes like Sport and Touring, and a three-level downshift control) for a scooter.

This means the SP variant doesn’t just look sharper — it rides smarter, offering more refined control and tech for riders who demand more.

Design & Features


Visually, the Aerox 2025 is aggressive and modern. The bodywork features strong angular lines, big front fairing, and wide rear tyre stance. The Standard version comes in Race Blu, Glaze Blue, and Yamaha Black. The SP gets an exclusive Matte Blue finish.

LED headlight and LED tail-lamp setups.

Digital instrument cluster; in the SP variant this is a full TFT display with smartphone connectivity (Y-Connect), navigation readiness, and even lap/trip timers.

Under-seat storage (estimated capacity around 24.5 litres).
