Nikola Jokić's The Big 3 Future High by 361 Degrees

Hello guys!!! My afternoon nap took a little bit longer so we’re still up and its 3AM already ;-)

Let us talk about Nikola Jokić of the Denver Nuggets and his Signature Shoe from 361 Degrees.

Just so you know, 361 Degrees International Ltd. is a Chinese sportswear brand based in Xiamen, Fujian. It is a major supplier of athletic shoes and apparel in China, with revenue in excess of 830 Million US Dollars in its fiscal year 2022.

On the other hand, Nikola Jokić was born on February 19, 1995. He is a Serbian professional basketball player who is a center, wearing jersey number 15, for the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Nicknamed "the Joker", he is widely regarded as one of the greatest players and centers of all time, and is often considered the greatest draft steal in NBA history. A six-time NBA All-Star, Jokić has been named to the All-NBA Team on six occasions (including four first-team selections), and won the NBA Most Valuable Player Award for the 2020–21, 2021–22, and 2023–24 seasons. He represents the Serbian national team, with which he won a silver medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and a bronze medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Nike Zoom GT

Before signing with 361 Degrees, he was signed with Nike but failed to have his own signature shoe. Instead, he wears the Zoom GT Jump One. When using this shoe while playing in the NBA, he used to tie his wedding ring into his shoes using the lace, which is pretty cool, but then of course he doesn't have to do that anymore. Now he just has a little pocket in the tongue of his 361 Degrees shoe to put his ring into, which is dope.

OK first things first, as of this writing, Nikola Jokic’s signature shoe is yet to be released for another month, which will be called “Joker 1”. For the time being, he is showcasing The Big 3 Future High. This is the shoe he is wearing every game in the NBA. Moreover, 361 Degress released The Big 3 Future Low, a low cut version of the shoe to the public.

Wedding Ring Pocket

Carbon Fiber Woven Upper, to improve stability and breathability at the same time. It also uses the Mōrphit Lacing System. This is to ensure a secure fit while increasing flexibility on whatever activitiers you might be on. For its midsole, it is made by QU!KCTECH. It uses recycled materials to create a foam compound that's durable and cushioned, that's why your feet feels that extra comfort. This shoe is also equipped with soarplate, it increases stability and torsional rigidity during lateral movements. Then last but not the least, for its cushion, it is made out of nylon by QU!KFLAME PEBA. This provides extra comfort under the heel and additional energy return.

This Shoe is priced quite affordable. You can get one in your fave kicks store roughly around $100 to $160 for both the High cut and Low cut versions.

While using it in any basketball court, it seems to be picking up a little bit more dust. You know what I mean, but you know when I first got it and I was trying the traction on any wood floors, it seemed to have a very loud squeak and also it was binding very very hard which I like personally.

If you want to experience how it is on both indoor and on outdoor courts, you have to see it for yourself. This shoe is quite reasonable for its price range and the design for me is pretty decent.

Though personally, I am more excited waiting for Joker 1 which will be released probably December of 2024.
