Filipino Innovator Kyxz Mendiola's Koncepto Millenya, A One-Seater Flying Car

In our generation today, flying cars are slowly becoming a reality. According to Wiki, a flying car or roadable aircraft is a type of vehicle which can function both as a personal car or automobile and as an aircraft. As used here, this includes vehicles which drive as motorcycles when on the road. The term "flying car" is also sometimes used to include hovercars. Many prototypes have been built since the early 20th century, using a variety of flight technologies. Most have been designed to take off and land conventionally using a runway, although VTOL projects are increasing. None has yet been built in more than a handful of numbers. Their appearance is often predicted by futurologists, and many concept designs have been promoted. But their failure to become a practical reality has led to the catchphrase "Where's my flying car?” as a paradigm for the failure of predicted technologies to appear. Flying cars are also a popular theme in fantasy and science fict

Manny Pacquiao Is Not A Declining Fighter

For us Filipinos, we always thought that we know Manny Pacquiao inside and out. We’re all an expert on our own fields, but more often than not, we tend to judge people according to our own beliefs. Have we asked ourselves, do we really know the man? Or Manny still have something hidden for us to see on his next fights? Manny Pacquiao is hardly a trash talker or the type to make bold, outrageous predictions. Everytime he stand in the ring even during the weigh-in and press cons, he’s always on a good mood and a smile never leaves his face. With many predicting his demise, however, an apparently insulted Pacquiao boldly predicts a knockout of Brandon Rios. We can never blame them, he suffered two consecutive losses, one with a really devastating result. Coach Freddie Roach mentioned that he felt Pacquiao would stop Rios on Saturday (Sunday morning Macau time) in the sixth round of their 12-round welterweight bout at CotaiArena during an interview while Manny Pacquiao is sitting next

Now, Dr. Jacob Bigeleisen discovered that at room temperature or under atmospheric condition, DEUTERIUM ATOMS are electrolyzed naturally out of water in the form of HYDROGEN gas. This natural phenomenal process needs no expensive electric power consuming electrolysi

Be Proud to be a Filipino

There's nothing to be ashamed of being a Filipino. If you ask me, many people would likely to agree with me when I say we Filipinos can adapt in almost all kinds of environment and we can endure whatever hardships it is that nature and God knows what else is trying to test us. Compared to other nationalities, we Filipinos are stronger facing any tragedy, we always keep a smile amidst any calamities that came pounding the limits of our faith. We keep our chin up telling the world that we are proud to be what we are, Filipino. Manny Paquiao, Corazon Aquino, Charize Pempengco, Arnel Pineda, Rolando del Rosario Mendoza just to name a few reasons why we Filipinos should be more proud for ourselves. Okay, you can exclude the last ;-) Hongkong will not find it appropriate. Though as we research on more reasons why we Filipinos should be proud, this article from the middle east caught our attention. The title itself says it all: Imagine a World without Filipinos It is written by S

The Metro Manila During Those Times

I was born and raised here in Manila, Philippines. That was way back the 70's, hey don't count the years yet, I'm not that old. I don't remember much how the city look like during those times. It took me maybe 10 years to remember what its like to be living in that era. Manila is the capital of the country, if you'll come visit here you'll surely like the place. The heat is tremendous yet its manageable. The people are warm and we're always smiling even there's nothing to smile about. If you like what you see in Manila today, imagine how it looked like say 5 decades ago ;-) Have you ever wonder what does Manila looks like during those times? Say the 50's, 60's or the 70's? What do you think about the Pasig river? Is it that dirty back in time? Can you enjoy loitering around the park? Well let's have a look what does Metro Manila looks like way back then. Look at this, this photo was taken somewhere in the bridge wh
