There is no concrete evidence yet that the couple will adopt a Pinoy child. Both of them inquired at the Hospicio de San Jose, just an ordinary inquiry of adoption process.
According to Manila Bulletin, Mr. Harold Geronimo, who happens to be an Manila Standard Today columnist, not an official spokesperson of the orphanage, he said he has participated in the Hospicio's outreach program. He claimed that he was told that all adoption inquiries are highly confidential.
Last February, Pitt and Jolie were rumored to have been in the process of adopting a 4-year-old Haitian orphan named Leah. According to the actress' spokesperson, "Ms. Jolie is focused on enhancing the welfare and legal protection of children within Haiti. As such, she has been meeting with Haiti government officials, Haitian legal experts and non-governmental organizations regarding a new initiative of the Jolie-Pitt Foundation. The recently launched Jolie Legal Fellows Program will assist the justice system in Haiti to improve child protection."
In 2009, 'Brangelina' have rumored to have flown to Manila on a chartered plane trying to adopt a Filipino child.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are parents to three biological children namely Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne, adopted children namely Madox, Pax and Sahara.
